Relax in our Zen Garden, float on a cloud in the Angelic Room, or enjoy the calming waves of the ocean. Our goal is to bring you to a destination of relaxation and tranquility.

Sandra (Sandy) Lindaman:
Sandy graduated in 1988 from Starpoint High School and continued locally pursuing her degree in Physical Therapy. She graduated from D'Youville College in 1995 with her master's degree in physical therapy. She moved to Colorado to work in a hospital and develop her skills. Sandy decided that she wanted more "hands on" work with her patients. She went back to school for massage and graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in 1999 as a licensed massage therapist and a nationally certified neuromuscular therapist. After having her first son, Logan, in 1999 they moved back to North Tonawanda to be closer to family. Sandy worked as a pediatric physical therapist full time and did massage therapy part time for five years. Sandy has taken various continuing education classes over the years, including, classes by John Barnes for myofascial release and uses this technique on many of her clients. Sandy has also taken mediation classes, done some cranial-sacral work and continues to further her education.
In 2004 Sandy and 3 other associates opened A breath away spa centers in Tonawanda, NY. In April of 2006 she had her youngest son, Sam and got married in 2007. Since June of 2006 the spa is owned and managed by Sandy and her mother Karen with the help of her wonderful staff.
